By playing The Punch: Geo game you accept these terms.
One player — one account. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Do not share or sell it.
Not allowed:
Violators get banned — temporarily or permanently, with unfairly gained items removed.
Play carefully: watch your surroundings, do not enter closed or dangerous areas, follow traffic rules. Never play while driving.
No insults, threats, harassment, spam, other people's personal data or illegal content. Report violators (long-press a message) and block them. Moderators may delete messages and close chat.
Diamonds and items are in-game only and have no monetary value; they cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds follow App Store rules. If a purchase is refunded, its diamonds are removed.
We keep developing the game: balance, items and rules may change. We will announce important changes in the game.
The game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but are not liable for outages and progress lost because of them — we will try to compensate.
